What you can expect
In this series, you will choose your own “wellbeing path” and experiment with small, realistic changes rather than trying to overhaul everything at once. There are different approaches you can take:
- Join a 30-day challenge and focus on one specific habit. Important to join the first workshop - afterwards, it’s up to you which workshops you join.
- Attend all sessions to explore different wellbeing themes and mini-challenges each week.
- Drop into the themes that resonate most with you, without committing to a challenge.
Across the five workshops, we will explore habit formation, movement and energy management, nutrition and microbiome, meditation and emotions, gratitude and reflection. You will leave each session with a simple experiment to test (for example, a 30-day habit, a sugar-free week, daily movement or journaling) and clear guidance on how to track your progress and adapt as you go.
Why you should attend
- Learn more about habits and design wellbeing practices that fit your real life.
- Explore how movement, sleep, nutrition, and emotional awareness influence your stress, focus, and mood.
- Experiment with weekly micro‑challenges (e.g., 15 minutes of daily movement, sugar-free week, daily meditation, gratitude journaling) in a supportive community.
- Gain tools for mapping energy, emotions, and food patterns so you can make informed changes instead of guessing.
- Build accountability through buddies, group check-ins, and shared reflection.

Why are we offering this workshop?
Many learners at ToU are juggling work, studies, and personal responsibilities, making it easy for wellbeing to slip to the bottom of the list. At the same time, survey insights show a strong desire for practical, human, and action-oriented support rather than more theory or static resources. The Wellbeing Practice Lab was created to offer exactly that: a space to experiment with real-life habits in small steps, learn from each other, and discover which wellbeing practices truly work for you - so you can build a sustainable toolkit you can return to long after the series ends. ⭐
