The Regenerative Leadership and System Change Circle
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by oh so many - social, environmental, political – challenges, and feel like all we can ever do is scratch at the surface? Do you suspect that more of the same “business-as-usual” is not changing anything? Are you eager to figure out what you might do to bring about real, deep change?
This is the place for you!
"System problems will only yield if we see the system as the source of its own problems and have the courage and wisdom to restructure it." Donella Meadows
Every complex challenge we face — from ecological breakdown to rampant inequality and democratic backsliding — are created within a system. The Regenerative Leadership and System Change circle is a space for those of us who refuse to simply tinker around the edges, but want to lead for deep transformation.
It is a monthly space for courageous minds to understand the system, challenge our own assumptions, and imagine radically new ways. The circle is a continuation of the “Leading System Change” Discussion series but requires no previous knowledge - just curiosity, openness and thirst to lead radical change. No pre-set readings or inputs. Each session centres around a question to ignite our curiosity, self-reflection and collective insights. The goal is to co-create a place of solidarity and learning amongst those of us who dare to lead for a future in which we all thrive within safe planetary boundaries.
