Topic: Why assertiveness is a superpower
Overview: Why does the word “Power” often feel like a source of tension for us? In a world where women are often socialized to prioritize harmony over status, claiming our space can feel like a radical act.
In this session, we will explore the mindset that “Power comes from Doing” and how to shift from a state of “powerlessness” into active agency. We’ll take a critical look at the gendered communication patterns that often hold us back – like the harmony-oriented horizontal style versus the status-oriented vertical style. Join us to discuss how we can rewrite the script on female assertiveness and start taking the space we deserve.
All sessions will take place in the Event Space in Cosmos.
