🚀 Ready to power up together? 🚀
Join us for a Tomorrow University Community Circle focused on Female Empowerment and creating space for growth, support and authentic connection. 💜
Through (expert) impulse sessions and intimate reflection circles, we’re building more than just a network – we’re creating a movement. Explore topics that matter: Women in STEM, female leadership, navigating discrimination, managing mental load, cycle-oriented work and so much more.
This isn’t a typical professional development series. It’s a safer space where experiences are shared, barriers are broken down, and meaningful connections flourish. Whether you’re looking to amplify your voice, find your tribe, or simply explore what empowerment means to you – this is for you.
Our Format
• Monthly Impulse sessions (open to all): Expert insights + guided reflection in breakout rooms
• Monthly Safer spaces (women & non-binary only): Peer support, experience sharing, and deeper connection
April Impulse Session

Topic: Get Stronger - Foundations for an Empowered Life
Overview: "At 42, I hit a wall. Despite 15 years as a yoga practitioner (and instructor) and what I thought was a "healthy lifestyle," my body wasn't prepared for perimenopause. The pain, brain fog, and energy loss were brutal. And while hormone therapy (*) helped me recover, I realized I had missed a crucial piece: I should have been building physical strength decades earlier."
Here's what no one tells young women: physical strength isn't just about looking fit. It's about mental resilience, bone health, longevity, confidence, and building a foundation that will carry you through every phase of life.
In this interactive session, Victoria will share why strength training matters NOW (no matter your age), how to start (even if it sounds intimidating), and why challenging the "stay small and delicate" narrative is one of the mscost empowering things a woman can do.
This conversation matters for men too: understanding women’s long-term physical health is a key part of being a supportive partner, family member, and ally.
(*) Note that HRT can only be prescribed if a medical doctor concludes it does not pose risks for the patient.
All sessions will take place in the Event Space in Cosmos.
By registering to attend this event series, you are registering for the IMPULSE SESSIONS only. These are open to all genders
