Overview: Career transitions are rarely just about changing jobs. They often involve shifts in identity, confidence, priorities, and belonging.
In this session, we’ll explore career transitions through a human and holistic lens — acknowledging both the practical and emotional sides of change. Together, we’ll talk about how to feel ready to start a career transition, why so many women experience transitions as lonely or overwhelming, and what actually helps during these periods.
All sessions will take place in the Event Space in Cosmos.
