Career-preneurship: Prototype Your Future Self
How can we develop a meaningful career that remains sustainable amid megatrends such as purpose-driven work, evolving work paradigms, identity work, and longer life spans?
Career-preneurship is a three-part workshop series designed for Tomorrow University students who want to intentionally shape their professional journeys in an increasingly complex and fast-changing world. The initiative promotes an entrepreneurial mindset for career development, drawing on concepts, tools, and frameworks typically used by innovators and entrepreneurs to build ventures with sustainability in mind.
By applying these approaches to career building, participants will learn how to iterate on their professional paths, adapting to evolving market and job demands while staying aligned with your own needs, values, purpose and mission. Rather than searching for a single “perfect” career choice, Career-preneurship encourages continuous exploration, experimentation, and reflection.
Developing our current and future selves in a sustainable way, remaining relevant both to ourselves and to others, lies at the heart of this series.
