With over 1,000 hours of coaching experience and advanced certifications in ACT, CFT, and Trauma-Informed Coaching, she helps individuals navigate uncertainty, gain clarity, and take meaningful steps toward a fulfilling career and life.
Before becoming a coach, Ikey spent 16 years in the tech industry, where she built and managed companies from the ground up. Ikey brings a unique perspective โcombining the strategic mindset of a marketer with the practical insights of an operational leader who's recruited hundreds of people.
