This workshop is based on the book
"Inner Leadership“ by Prof. Kathrin Köster. Kathrin describes self-leadership as the ability to lead the so-called inner team consisting of Mr. Mind, Buddy Body, Her Highness Heart and Conscious Me.
In this workshop we will focus on discovering one of those four team members: Mr. Mind. Mr. Mind stands for your thoughts and thought patterns. With the help of several exercises, we will get to know and understand our own thoughts better as a first step towards better self-leadership.
