Interview Confidence Lab: Mastering Job Interviews Workshop & Peer Coaching Series
Interviews feel chaotic when you do not have a structure. Once you do, they become repeatable. Over 3 workshop sessions, you will turn your experience into a clear story, build a small set of strong examples, and practice answering the questions that decide outcomes fast.
🌱What you’ll explore
- A clear interview structure that works across roles and industries-
- Turning your experience into a tight “Tell me about yourself” story that lands fast. Building a small set of strong examples and using a STAR-style structure without sounding scripted.
- Handling the hard parts: motivation questions, gaps, weaknesses, and curveballs
- Interview strategy: how to read a job ad, what interviewers are really testing, and how to steer the conversation
🎯What you’ll gain
- A repeatable interview system: Walk into interviews with a simple plan instead of improvising under pressure.
- Sharper answers less rambling: Sound confident and focused, even when the question is broad or unexpected.
- Stronger role fit: Tailor your narrative and examples to the job so your answers feel “made for this role.”
- More control in the final minutes: Ask better questions, close strong, and leave a clear last impression.
🛠️Format
- Three interactive workshop sessions with hands-on exercises and live practice
- Peer exchange plus direct feedback and refinement on the spot
- Real-world examples from actual interview situations
- Two optional 1:1 drop-in sessions as practical clinics to polish one answer, stress-test a story, or prep for a specific interview.
This is not a lecture series. It’s practice, feedback, iteration.

👥Facilitator
I’m Luka, an MSc SET student here. I work as a sustainability and sustainable finance manager at a bank. Over the years, I’ve done many interviews and I’ve also been on the interviewer side. With a Bachelor in Business Administration and Economic Psychology, plus a lot of exposure to HR processes and behavioral concepts, I focus on what actually works in real interviews. So far, I’ve mainly done 1:1 interview training within my friend group, and this workshop brings that approach into a structured group format.
If you want interviews to feel less like a black box and more like a skill you can train, join the series. Come with two roles you actually want. Leave with answers that fit.
