Through (expert) impulse sessions and intimate reflection circles, we’re building more than just a network – we’re creating a movement. Explore topics that matter: Women in STEM, female leadership, navigating discrimination, managing mental load, cycle-oriented work and so much more.
This isn’t a typical professional development series. It’s a safer space where experiences are shared, barriers are broken down, and meaningful connections flourish. Whether you’re looking to amplify your voice, find your tribe, or simply explore what empowerment means to you – this is for you.

• Monthly Impulse sessions (open to all): Expert insights + guided reflection in breakout rooms
• Monthly Safer spaces (women & non-binary only): Peer support, experience sharing, and deeper connection
